If you are already on holiday and you wish to inform us you won’t be travelling back with us, please Contact Us by email to let us know you won’t be travelling. We won’t then disturb you and our other passengers won’t be delayed whilst we look for you.

If your transfer is today or tomorrow, we may not be able to contact our team in time, so our apologies if we call you to find out where you are.
REFUND ELIGIBILITY
– If you have already used half of your Return booking, we cannot offer any refund (including if you upgraded to Ben’s Bus Plus)
– If you upgraded to Ben’s Bus Plus and you have cancelled before 10pm, 4 days before your first transfer, we will refund you minus the BB+ fees
– If you did NOT upgrade to Ben’s Bus Plus and you have given us more than 3 weeks’ notice, we will refund you minus our standard £15pp admin fees. If you have given us less than 3 weeks notice, no refund will be due.
