BUS TIMES

Please enter your travel details into our Booking Form. Once you have selected your dates and flights, our ski transfer bus times will appear. Please read the below advice should your flight time not be listed.

AIRPORT > RESORT : My flight lands after the last time listed

If your flight arrives after the last time listed, then we’re sorry but we can’t transport you. The following tips may help you:

–  Consider changing your flight to an earlier one.

Arriving on a Friday / Saturday evening? Consider staying in a hotel at Geneva Airport and then take our morning bus the next day. Just select “Hotel” for your Airline and Airport and the first flight arrival time listed to see our morning bus times.

Heading to a Meribel / Mottaret valley resort? Use our booking form to see if we have a later bus to Moutiers, the town on the valley floor.

Heading to La Plagne? Use our booking form to see if we have a later bus to Aime or Moutiers.

Heading to Les Arcs? Use our booking form to see if we have a later bus to Bourg St Maurice.

– You could then book a Single to the town on the valley floor and then make another, separate, Single booking back from your resort.

– If none of these options work for you, take a look at our alternative transport page.

Remember, you could book a Single with us one way and another Single with another transport company for the other part of your journey.

RESORT > AIRPORT : My flight departs before the first time listed

If your flight departs before the first time listed in our dropdowns, then we cannot help you and you will probably need to book a private transfer or a hire car.

Remember, you could book a Single with us one way and another Single with another transport company for the other part of your journey.

LOW COST AIRPORT SKI TRANSFER PRICES

Ben’s Bus sells Cheap Ski Transfers from Geneva, Grenoble & Lyon Airports. You can see all our prices & discounts for the 2024 / 2025 ski season by expanding the sections at the bottom of this page. Or use the booking form on the right to get a Quote for your group in just a few seconds.

We pride ourselves on being the cheapest transport option and offering the best value-for-money ski transfers on our routes. The prices you see below are the maximum per person fares. However, with our group and child discounts, you could be paying even less.

*These prices are to Alpe d’Huez & Les Deux Alpes. Other resorts cost up to £53pp

The price depends on the airport and ski resort you select, the number and age of the passengers and what day of the week you travel.

SHARED SKI TRANSFERS ARE CHEAPER!

You could pay for an expensive private transfer, but why bother when we provide high quality shared transfers on a sensible, affordable budget? Large coaches offer more comfort and space, with less impact on the environment (we offset all our vehicle carbon emissions) and more competitive prices for you. Our friendly and professional staff are on hand at the airport and in the ski resorts to make your journey go as smoothly as possible. If you’re comparing prices to hire cars and you find they’re cheaper, don’t forget to factor in the cost of tolls, petrol, parking and snow chains.

New Bus Stop in Mottaret Le Hameau

Posted 16th July 2020

BEN’S BUS CREATES EXTRA BUS STOP IN MOTTARET LE HAMEAU

Mottaret Ben's Bus Airport Transfers StopsWe’ve listened to our customers and have added a new stop in Mottaret. Now all our services from Geneva Airport to Mottaret will make a stop at Mottaret Centre and Mottaret Le Hameau.

The Hameau area includes accommodations such as Residence Le Lac Blanc, Les Logis du Meribel, Residence Club Odalys Le Hameau de Mottaret and VVF Le Fontany a Meribel. There are also 2 hotels, Les Arolles and Hotel Tarentaise close by.

The area of Hameau is above the centre of Mottaret and so previously customers would have to take the shuttle bus to get from our stop in the centre up to the Le Hameau sector. The problem is that in the early hours of the morning and late in the evening, the shuttle bus might not have been working, which meant a bit of a walk. So our services will make a stop on the roundabout at the top of the road, so it’s just a very short walk to many of the large accommodations centres in Le Hameau. Click on the map to view a larger version.

Our services from Grenoble Airport and Lyon Airport still only make stops at Moutiers, but from here you can use public buses or taxis to take you onto your accommodation.

Our cheap shared ski transfers from Geneva Airport will continue to make stops at Meribel and Meribel Village, Les Allues and Brides Les Bains.

We hope you can make use of this new stop and that it will enhance your holiday experience.

payment problems

We’re sorry if you’re having problems paying. We hope this page provides a solution for you.

When we say ‘Issuing Bank’ we are talking about the bank that supplied the card to the ‘Card Holder’.

When we say ‘Card Holder” we are talking about the person who puts their card details into the Payments Page.

TRANSACTION DECLINED!

The Issuing Bank has complete control over when a transaction is declined. We cannot do anything about this. Here are some common reasons for seeing a Declined Message:

Card Number, Expiry Date or 3 Digit Code were entered incorrectly.

Insufficient funds in the account.

Foreign letters or Characters were entered as part of your Name, Mobile Number or Billing Address. Please only use alpha-numeric, Latin letters. Do not use characters such as – ‘ ! ” ?

International Dialling Code (IDC) was entered at the start of your mobile phone number. The IDC must only be entered by way of our dropdown! For instance, do not type 004407767.. and instead type 07767…

Personal Details of ‘Lead Passenger’ do not match those of the ‘Card Holder’: The Passenger Details Page on our website takes information about the ‘Lead Passenger’. To assist in fraud prevention, it is our legal obligation to send this information to the Issuing Bank. If the data you give us about the Lead Passenger does not match what the Issuing Bank has for the Card Holder, they may decline the transaction.

BOOKING A BUS FOR SOMEONE ELSE

If you are trying to book a bus for someone else and you enter their details as the Lead Passenger, the Issuing Bank could trigger a decline as those details will be different from you, the Card Holders’ details. You could instead book for yourself (so enter your Name, Mobile Number, email address as the Lead Passenger) and then, once the booking has been confirmed, Log In to change the personal details to the person who is actually travelling. We do not charge anything for these types of changes.

ISSUES BOOKING FROM HONG KONG

We are aware that some Hong Kong banks are declining some of our transactions for unknown reasons. We are sorry for this. Despite our considerable efforts, we have not been able to find out why. This is the only solution we have for you:

Ask a friend or family member who is based in another country to book for themselves. They will need to enter their own Name, Mobile Number, email address and Billing Address as the ‘Lead Passenger’. Then, once the booking has been confirmed, they can Log In to change the personal details to the person who is actually travelling. We do not charge anything for these types of changes. Just make sure they have all the exact and correct information about dates, resorts and flights!!

NOPE! NONE OF THE ABOVE HELPS!

We’re sorry if the above does not help you. You could try with another card or from another device. Or you could ask another member of your group to try booking. If you still encounter problems with multiple cards then please email ku.oc.subsneb@ecnanif and provide the following information, and we’ll look into it for you:

– The time and date you were attempting to pay

– The name of the card holder

– If possible a screenshot of the error you receive and any other relevant information
