Information about how to find our reps at Geneva Airport can be found on your eticket.
All our vehicles drop off and pick up from the Swiss side of Geneva Airport in Terminal 1 (also known as the Main Terminal).
The Ben’s Bus desk is in the Terminal 1 Arrivals Lounge. As you come out of Arrivals, look to your left and you will see a yellow TEKOE tea shop. Our desk is just past that, opposite the UBS cash machines. It is generally manned on Saturdays between 08:30 – 22:00 and on Sundays between 10:00 – 17:00
If you arrive into Terminal 2, please exit the building, turn left and follow the signs on the pavement.
If you need to travel between the French and Swiss sides of Geneva Airport, please follow the signs inside the airport. It is a very short walk.
