If you miss your bus, we will do our best to get you to the resort (or part of the way there) on a later bus. However, like any other bus company, we cannot be held responsible for delays you experience that are outside of our control and we cannot offer refunds if you miss your bus.
Our desk at the airport is generally manned on Saturdays between 08:30 – 21:00 and on Sundays between 10:00 – 17:00
Our last service of the day is usually 21:30 on Saturdays for all resorts except Flaine, La Plagne, Les Arcs and the Meribel valley resorts.

Approach a Ben’s Bus rep at our desk as per the instructions on your eticket and they will update you. They will do our best to get you on a later bus at no extra cost, if we have one and if we have space.
I MISSED MY FLIGHT
Please forward your Ben’s Bus eticket to ku.oc.subsneb@aveneg and tell us you missed your flight and let us know your plans, including the details of any new flight you’ve booked and we’ll try to get back to you. Then follow this advice:
If you’re flying in later that day, approach a Ben’s Bus rep as per the instructions on your eticket and they will update you. You can travel for free if you arrive in time for a later service and if we have space.
If you’re flying in the next day (a Sunday), you have these options:
1. Book a Single ticket via our website to guarantee yourself a seat. This is the only way to be sure you get a seat. You will need to pay and we won’t be able to refund you anything.
2. Just turn up at Geneva Airport and approach a rep (if you arrive within our working hours on days we operate on) and show them your eticket. We’ll allow you to travel on the next available service for free, if there is space.
If you arrive too late for our last service or on a day we don’t operate on, then we’re sorry but we cannot help you and we cannot refund you anything. Visit this page of our website for advice on other transport options.

If you’re travelling to Alpe d’Huez or Les 2 Alpes, then we are sorry but we don’t have any services from Geneva Airport. You may find you could take a taxi from Lyon Airport to Grenoble Airport to catch one of our later buses from there.
