Plagne 2000 (Aime La Plagne): Plagne Villages – You could book a ticket to Plagne Centre (see our Plagne Centre stop in googlemaps) and then use the public buses or a private taxi to climb up to your resort. If you do this, we recommend NOT arriving into the resort too late (so book a morning flight into Geneva) and NOT departing the resort too early (so book an afternoon flight from Geneva) as getting between resorts either late in the day or early in the morning could be difficult. You could also consider booking our bus to Aime, the town on the valley floor, and getting a taxi up the mountain.

Plagne Bellecote – You could book a ticket to Plagne 1800 (see our Plagne Bellecote stop in googlemaps) and then use the public buses or a private taxi to climb up to your resort. If you do this, we recommend NOT arriving into the resort too late (so book a morning flight into Geneva) and NOT departing the resort too early (so book an afternoon flight from Geneva) as getting between resorts either late in the day or early in the morning could be difficult. You could also consider booking our bus to Aime, the town on the valley floor, and getting a taxi up the mountain.

Ben’s Bus only operates winter Shared Ski Transfers. We leave the Private Transfers to other companies so we can focus on what we do best. Whoever you end up travelling with, ensure you check their reputation before booking. It’s important for your safety that vehicles are properly equipped and maintained for mountain travel, that they’re regularly cleaned and that the drivers are given enough rest between journeys.

 

We’re not aware of any other shared bus company operating out of Grenoble Airport, but if you use a search engine you may be able to find bus companies operating out of Geneva, Lyon and Chambery Airports.

 

There are nearly always taxis waiting outside the airports, but we recommend booking your transport in advance, especially on Saturdays.

GRENOBLE AIRPORT PRIVATE TRANSFERS AND PUBLIC TRANSPORT

 

Grenoble Isere AeroportActibus is a very good, local private transfer company. There is a Grenoble Airport Shuttle Bus from the airport to Grenoble Bus Station. From here you can catch SNCF trains or local buses with Transaltitude. The itinisere website also has information on local public transport networks, or try the Tourist Office website for your resort.

 

 

 

 

LYON AIRPORT PRIVATE TRANSFERS AND PUBLIC TRANSPORT

 

Lyon Saint Exupery Taxis Actibus are the best company for private transfers. There is a shuttle bus from Lyon Airport to Grenoble, from where you can take an SNCF train or a bus (the Transaltitude network covers many resorts). The section at the bottom of our Lyon Airport page also has some transport information as does the Lyon Airport website.

 

 

 

 

GENEVA AIRPORT PRIVATE TRANSFERS

 

Geneva Airport TaxisThe Snowcompare website is the best site to get a transfer quote. The public transport network of trains & buses would require multiple changes to the resorts we cover. The Tourist Office website of the resort you are heading to could offer more advice on this. Or search online using your route as the search term, or consider a hire car.

 

 

 

CHAMBERY AIRPORT PRIVATE TRANSFERS

 

Chambery Airport Ski TransfersChambery Airport has a very limited public transport network so your best bet is either a hire car or a private transfer. The benefit of Chambery Airport is that it is the closest airport to many of the big resorts like Meribel and Courchevel. The cost of a private transfer is therefore more affordable. We recommend ACTIBUS.

Online Groceries Ski ResortsLooking to get your food shop delivered to Tignes, Val d’Isere or Val Thorens? We plan on delivering our grocery boxes to these ski resorts for the 2021 / 22 season. We may also roll it out to more resorts, such as Alpe d’Huez, Les Deux Alpes, Les Menuires, La Plagne, Les Arcs and Meribel. Of course, we understand you may want at least one evening meal out in a restaurant or eatery, but you’ll still need the essential food, drink and household cleaning items to stock up your kitchen and fridge.

We’re planning on offering classic British brands too, so you can lower your carbon footprint by not bringing them on the plane. Locally produced products will be sourced whenever possible to reduce your impact on the environment.

 

 

HOW WILL THE SHOPPING BOX DELIVERY SERVICE WORK?

Create an account, tell is which resort you’re staying in, how many people are in your group, what time you’ll arrive in resort and a preferred delivery time. We’ll then guide you through the shopping process. Your profile and shop will also be saved for your next trip, to save you time if you use us again.

 

2. Choose Your Products

 

Food Parcel Delivery TignesYou can either select one of our food parcels or build your own shopping basket. Our parcels will include cleaning products and various foodstuffs for your holiday. You’ll still be able to add or delete items, including drinks.

If you build your own shopping basket, you can choose from our range of carefully selected fresh fruit and veg, meat, cheeses, pasta, snacks, soft drinks, spirits and beers. You’ll also be able to select any of our mini-packs, including:

Essentials Pack : With just one click you’ll have added all the basics like toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, olive oil etc.

Meal Packs : You can choose from a range of meals and all the ingredients will be added to your cart. You can then either add or delete items.

 

3. Payment & Confirmation

IS THERE A FOOD OR SHOPPING DELIVERY SERVICE IN THE FRENCH ALPS?

 

One of the only good things to come out of the pandemic is the incredible rise in food delivery services. These delivery services do exist in France and they are run by the French supermarkets, the equivalents of Tesco and Sainsbury’s in the UK. However, they are geared to French households looking to do their weekly food shop. So the websites are in French and it’s full of stuff you’ll never need if you’re just going on holiday for a week. Some of them also don’t deliver to the mountains.

We’re developing a really easy-to-use English website that cuts out all the unnecessary stuff. We’ll only offer you what we think you want on a self-catered ski holiday in an apartment or chalet. Even better, we’ll gear the options to your group size. This means less waste and less packaging. It’s a more sustainable and eco-friendly way to do your ski holiday shop.

The likes of Deliveroo and Just-Eat don’t operate, as far as we are aware, in the ski resorts. However, a new company called Luge Livraison seem to be catering for deliveries from restaurants but their choice seems very limited. There is also a meal delivery service called huski. They create a selection of ready-made quality meals such as Tartiflette, Fondues, Raclettes, Lasagne and Beef Mondeuse. Their kitchens are based in Bourg St Maurice and they deliver them to your accommodation. It’s perfect for your for your arrival day when you’re too tired to cook or go to a restaurant.

Access and use of Ben’s Bus’ Tour Operator Booking System ( https://bookings.bensbus.co.uk/login ) (“our Booking System/”the Booking System”) by the Tour Operator (“you”/”your”) is subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms”) together with the documents referred to within. You must agree and accept these Terms to creating an account with us or otherwise using and accessing our Booking System Services (“Services”) and booking any ski transfer services (“Ski Transfer”) and constitute a binding agreement between you and us. These Terms shall then govern any future Services or Ski Transfer that We provide to you via the Booking System unless otherwise agreed by Us in writing.
You should print a copy of these Terms for future reference.

1. INTRODUCTION
1.1 We are Ben’s Bus Limited, a company registered in England under company number 5961403, with our registered office at Garden Flat, 70 Fairhazel Gardens, London NW6 3SR United Kingdom, and we operate the Booking System (“us”, “Ben’s Bus”, “we”).
1.2 As a user of our Booking System, you acknowledge that any use of the Booking System, including any transactions you make (“use/”using”) is subject to our Terms.

2. USE OF OUR BOOKING SYSTEM
2.1 We grant to you a non-exclusive, revocable licence to use our Booking System for the sole purpose of using our Services and Products in accordance with these Terms. You may only use the Booking System to book onto one of our Products on behalf of your staff employed by your company and end-customers who have booked a holiday package through your company.
2.2 You are not permitted to use the Booking System to sell our Products to persons who have not booked a holiday package with you. Should you receive any enquiries from potential interested customers of our Products who do not wish to book a holiday package with you, we would kindly ask you to refer them to book directly on our website www.bensbus.co.uk.
2.3 Aside from bookings made pursuant to clause 1.2, any booking made via our Booking System are also subject to Ben’s Bus Conditions of Sale (“Terms of Sale”). In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the various components of these Terms and the Terms of Sale, these Terms shall take precedence and prevail over the terms set out in the Terms of Sale.

3. REGISTRATION, PASSWORD AND SECURITY
3.1 To use and access the Booking System you must create an account by providing us with a full name of the principal contact in your company, email address, company address, company registration number, VAT number if you have one, the name and email address for the person whom we should send invoices to, your company logo in the dimensions 600 x 176 pixels in png format and a password in the course of registration.
3.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your password and your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password and account identification. You are not permitted to pass on your above username or password to any third party.
3.3 You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your password or account or any other breach of security. We reserve the right to take any action to ensure the security of the Booking System and your account including, without limitation, terminating your account and changing your password.
3.4 Under no circumstances shall we be responsible for any losses resulting from or arising out of:
3.4.1 the unauthorised access or use of your account or use of your password;
3.4.2 any compromise of the confidentiality of your password or account;
as a result of your actions or omissions.
3.5 Whenever you provide information to us via our Booking System, you agree to:
3.5.1 provide us accurate and complete information;
3.5.2 maintain and promptly update such information to keep it accurate and complete; and
3.5.3 have the necessary rights and consents pursuant to the relevant data protection laws (meaning all applicable data protection and privacy legislation in force from time to time in the UK including the General Data Protection Regulation ((EU) 2016/679); the Data Protection Act 2018; the Privacy and Electronic Communications Directive 2002/58/EC (as updated by Directive 2009/136/EC) and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (SI 2003 No. 2426) as amended) to provide any personal data to us pursuant to these Terms.
3.6 If you fail to comply with clause 3.6 we, at our sole discretion and without notice to you, may:
3.6.1 suspend your access to your account and to our Booking System; or
3.6.2 terminate these Terms and the access to your account; and
you will remain liable for all amounts due under your account during any period of suspension and/or up to and including the date of termination.

4. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
4.1 Subject to clause 4.2, we aim to make our Services available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week but do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted or error free.
4.2 We reserve the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, our Services (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Services

5. HOW TO VIEW YOUR ACCOUNT
5.1 If you click on “Settings”, you can edit your company information
5.2 If you click on “Bookings” in the Booking System, you can:
5.2.1 See a summary of all bookings you have made
5.2.2 Click on “View” to see details of that booking including all passenger details under that booking. You can also click on “Edit” next to each passenger to change a passenger’s name, email address or phone number. You may not change any passenger information less than 3 days before a transfer. In the event you need to change any passenger information less than 3 days prior to any transfer, you must email the information to:
(a) ku.oc.subsneb@aveneg for bookings to and from Geneva Airport; or
(b) ku.oc.subsneb@ofni for bookings to and from Grenoble Airport; or
(c) ku.oc.subsneb@ofni for bookings to and from Lyon Airport
5.3 If you need to add any comments to any booking, you must email us at the relevant email address set out in clause 5.2.2 above, and we will add those notes to the booking for you.
5.4 If you need to add any passengers to an existing booking, you must email ku.oc.subsneb@neb quoting the booking reference number. Please note that the passenger must be on the exact same flights as the people on the existing booking. If this is not the case, you must make a separate booking.

6. HOW TO BOOK A SKI TRANSFER
6.1 When you log on to our Booking System, you will arrive at a page where you will see options to book on any of our routes. The booking process is very straight forward.
6.2 At the time of making any booking via the Booking System, you must provide us with the lead passenger’s phone number and email address to contact prior to travel, should there be a problem. Please ensure that the lead passenger is aware that he/she needs to have their phone switched on the day before and day(s) of travel, as per the e-Ticket.
6.3 When you get to the “Review Booking” page and click any of the Save buttons, the booking will be complete. Any booking made via our Booking System are also subject to Terms of Sale, which both you and your end customer shall be subject to. You must ensure that your end customers are provided with a copy of the Terms of Sale prior to them boarding one of our Ski Transfers. If your end customers do not comply with the Terms of Sale they may find themselves refused entry onto one of our Ski Transfers or we may exercise one of our other rights set out in the Terms of Sale which could include the termination of their return trip.
6.4 If you send the e-Ticket to yourself to be forwarded onto the end customer, you are to ensure that the whole e-Ticket is received by the end customer, or if it is on behalf of a group, to the lead passenger, and that nothing is deleted from our e-Ticket. You shall not edit or alter our eTicket in any way. Where you make a booking on behalf of a group, the lead passengers must ensure that the information in our e-Tickets is passed on to the other customers in their group as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage arising if they do not do so.
6.5 Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that all information on the e-Ticket is correct. If you need to make any changes, you can do so under the “Bookings” page.
6.6 If you need to delete any passengers or entire bookings please see our cancellation policy at clause 7.
6.7 Details of the methods of payments are set out in clause 8 below. No prices will be shown on any of the e-Tickets.
6.8 A group booking is any booking for a group of 2 or more linked passengers. To be considered a group booking all passengers on the booking must all be part of the same group, they must all know each other and must all arrive and depart on the same flight (a “Group Booking”). Any bookings of groups that do now know each other or are not arriving or departing on the same flight will be deemed invalid and may result in Us closing your account.
6.9 We shall process any personal data you provide to us in accordance with the Ben’s Bus Privacy Notice.

7. CANCELLATION
Our cancellation policy is set out in the “Cancelling Bookings / Deleting Passengers” document located in the dashboard on your account homepage.

8. PRICE AND PAYMENT
8.1 The prices for any of our Ski Transfers are displayed on the Booking System at the time of booking. Our prices will only be emailed to you upon request.
8.2 We may amend the prices for Ski Transfers from time to time and any new prices will be displayed on the Booking System. Any changes will only apply to any future bookings and will not retrospectively affect existing orders.
8.3 Our invoicing policy is set out in the “Ben’s Bus Invoicing Policy” document located in the dashboard on your account homepage.
8.4 You shall pay each invoice submitted by us within 7 days of the date of the invoice and in full and cleared funds to the following account: Santander Business Banking, Santander UK PLC, Business Banking, Glasgow G2 5NT, Ben’s Bus Limited Sort Code: 09-01-27 – Account Number: 43248188, SWIFT: ABBYGB2L, IBAN: GB96 ABBY 0901 2743 2481 88.
8.5 Any senders Bank Fees must be met by you.
8.6 In the event you fail to make any payment due to us on the due date, we will be entitled to charge interest on the amount outstanding from the due date until payment is made in full, at 4% per annum over the Bank of England’s base rate from time to time.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
9.1 You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide non-exclusive licence to use your trade mark, company name and/or logo solely for the purpose of issuing e-Tickets to your end customers when you book Ski Transfers via the Services.
9.2 You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trade marks, goodwill, rights in computer software, databases, and all other intellectual property rights in the Booking System and all materials and/or content made available as part of your use of our Booking System shall remain at all times vested in us except for any use of your trade mark, company name or company logo. You are permitted to use our Booking System only as expressly authorised by us.
9.3 You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within our Booking System is made available for the purpose of using our Booking System. You further acknowledge that any other use of the material and content of our Booking System is strictly prohibited and you agree not to (and agree not to assist or facilitate any third party to) copy, reproduce, transmit, display, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of such material and content.

10. TERMINATION
10.1 We may, at our sole discretion, disable your account and preclude access to the Services without notice and without liability if:
10.1.1 you fail to comply with any of the provisions of the Terms;
10.1.2 you fail to pay the amounts due under your account;
10.1.3 you have acted in a way which may negatively affect our reputation, or any actions taken by you may negatively affect our reputation by association with you.

11. OUR LIABILITY
YOUR ATTENTION IS SPECIFICALLY ATTRACTED TO THIS CLAUSE.
11.1 We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these Terms that is caused by events outside our reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”).
11.2 Upon an occurrence of a Force Majeure Event, our performance under these Terms will be suspended for the period that the Force Majeure Event continues. Any obligations we have to perform our obligations under these Terms will be extended for the duration of the period that the Force Majeure Event continues for. We will use our reasonable endeavours to bring the Force Majeure Event to a close or to find a solution by which our obligations under the Contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure Event.
11.3 Subject to clause 11.5, if we fail to comply with the Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of the Terms or our negligence, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if they were an obvious consequence of our breach or if they were contemplated by you and us at the time we entered into these Terms. We will under no circumstances be liable to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, arising under or in connection with these Terms for:
11.3.1 any loss of profits, sales, business, or revenue; or
11.3.2 loss or corruption of data, information or software; or
11.3.3 loss of business opportunity; or
11.3.4 any indirect or consequential loss.
11.4 Subject to clause 11.5, our aggregate liability for all losses arising under or in connection with these Terns, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise shall in any event be limited to a sum equal to the amount paid or payable by you for the Ski Transfer.
11.5 We do not in any way exclude or limit our liability for:
11.5.1 death or personal injury caused by our negligence; or
11.5.2 fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
11.6 We will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order secure but unless we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.

12. WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS
Applicable laws require that some of the information or communications we send to you should be in writing (including email). When using our Booking System, you accept that communication with us will be mainly electronic. For contractual purposes, you agree to this electronic means of communication and you acknowledge that all contracts, notices, information and other communications that we provide to you electronically comply with any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

13. NOTICES AND COMMUNICATIONS
All notices given by you to us must be given to ku.oc.subneb@neb. We may give notice to you at the e-mail address you provide to us when placing an order. Notice will be deemed received and properly served 24 hours after an e-mail is sent. In proving the service of any notice by email it will be sufficient to prove that such e-mail was sent to the specified e-mail address of the addressee.
The service of legal proceedings will not be valid if made via email.

14. TRANSFER OF RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS
14.1 We may transfer our rights and obligations under the Terms to another organisation, but that will not affect your rights or our obligations under these Terms.
14.2 You may only transfer your rights and obligations under these Terms if we agree to this in writing.

15. THIRD PARTY RIGHTS
A person who is not party to the Terms or a Contract shall not have any rights under or in connection with them under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.

16. WAIVER
16.1 If we fail, at any time during the term of these Terms, to insist upon strict performance of any of your obligations under these Terms, or if we fail to exercise any of the rights or remedies to which we are entitled under these Terms, this will not constitute a waiver of such rights or remedies and will not relieve you from compliance with such obligations.
16.2 A waiver by us of any default will not constitute a waiver of any subsequent default.
16.3 No waiver by us of any of the Terms will be effective unless it is expressly stated to be a waiver and is communicated to you in writing in accordance with clause 13 above.

17. SEVERABILITY
If any court or competent authority decides that any of the provisions of the Terms are invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, the term will, to that extent only, be severed from the remaining terms, which will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.

18. OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU
We intend to rely upon the Terms and any document expressly referred to in them in relation to the subject matter of any contract between us. While we accept responsibility for statements and representations made by our duly authorised agents, any variations to these Terms will not be valid unless made in writing by a Director of Ben’s Buses.

19. OUR RIGHT TO VARY THE TERMS
19.1 We have the right to revise and amend these Terms at any time in our sole discretion.
19.2 We will notify you via email to the email address on your account with any changes that we make to these Terms from time to time. If you continue to use our Services or purchase our Ski Transfer you will be subject to Terms as updated. If you do not agree to any updates to these Terms you may terminate these Terms and delete your account with us.

20. LAW AND JURISDICTION
20.1 These Terms and the purchase of Ski Transfers through our Booking System, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be governed by English law.
20.2 Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and the purchase of Ski Transfers through our Booking System or their formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

How to Book Bens Bus Ski TransfersBen’s Bus only sells pre-paid tickets through the internet. You cannot buy tickets for our buses at Grenoble Airport, Lyon Airport or Geneva Airport to any of our ski resorts. Our service is very popular so we would always advise booking your ticket with us as soon as possible. When you try to book with us using our online booking form, our different bus times will appear and will show you the availability of that bus. Chamrousse Airport Ski Transfers

Unfortunately we no longer run transfers to Chamrousse. However, we’ve listed some options for you to consider.

 

 

FROM GRENOBLE AIRPORT TO CHAMROUSSE

 

Grenoble Isere AeroportYou could take the shuttle bus service from Grenoble Airport to Grenoble city centre and then a public bus with Transaltitude. Alternatively, you could hire a car or book a direct private taxi. We recommend a local company called Actibus. The journey is quite quick at about 1 hour 15 minutes in good conditions.

 

 

 

FROM LYON AIRPORT TO CHAMROUSSE

 

Lyon Saint Exupery TaxisThere is a regular bus from Lyon Airport to Grenoble Bus Station, from where you can take the Transaltitude public buses. A private taxi is more expensive but it is direct and a lot less hassle. A local company we recommend is Actibus. Lyon Airport is further away then Grenoble Airport so incurs more toll and petrol costs. You should allow about 2 hours in good conditions, but much more if you are travelling during the French school holidays.

 

 

 

 

CHAMROUSSE SKI RESORT

 

Chamrousse TransfersChamrousse is a little known gem of a resort overlooking Grenoble. It is traditionally very popular with French people but has recently become popular with other Europeans, partly due to its exceptional value for money. Ski Passes cost only 160€ for the week for an adult! It’s a perfect destination for families of beginners. Tour Operators generally place their customers in the Domaine de l’Arselle, which is the purpose built part of the town and has all the facilities you need, including shops, ski rental premises, bars and a couple of restaurants.

2021 2022 Ski SeasonThe 2020/21 season was just a tad frustrating for skiers and boarders, as nearly all ski holidays were cancelled. So many of you are now asking…. will ski resorts open in 2022?

All European ski resorts will almost certainly open for the 2021 / 2022 season. High vaccination and low hospitalisation rates have brought confidence back to the ski holiday industry. However, many Tour Operators are no longer running the traditional catered chalet holiday, partly due to Brexit. Instead, self-catered accommodation seems increasingly popular.

Lyon Airport Ski Transfers 2022 SeasonApart from our special transfers for the RISE festival, our Saturday-only service starts on the 8th January 2022. We generally have only a mid-morning service, although in March we also have a late afternoon bus. The resorts we service are listed on our Lyon Airport page. Geneva Airport Ski Transfers 2022 SeasonOur ski transfers from Geneva Airport run on Saturdays and Sundays throughout the season. We also have some weekday buses over the Christmas and New Year weeks (scroll down for more details). For our most popular routes, such as Geneva to Val Thorens, Geneva to Tignes and Geneva to Val d’Isere, we have up to 8 buses per Saturday.

 

Grenoble Airport Ski Transfers 2022 SeasonIf you are heading to Alpe d’Huez and Les Deux Alpes, we will have a bus connecting with every single scheduled flight, any day of the week, throughout the season. A Return costs about £90pp for resorts like Val Thorens, Tignes, Val d’Isere, Les Arcs, La Plagne and Meribel and just over £50pp for Alpe d’Huez and Les Deux Alpes. CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEARS WEEKS

 

This year, Christmas Day and New Years Day falls on a Saturday, the traditional changeover day in ski resorts. A lot of airlines don’t actually fly on Christmas Day. The resorts know this and a lot of accommodation providers will change their holiday packages to a Sunday – Sunday in December, reverting back to a Saturday – Saturday in early January 2022. We’re running some extra buses from Grenoble and Geneva over the festive period.

If you are planning a trip between Grenoble Airport and either Les Deux Alpes or Alpe d’Huez, we connect with every single scheduled flight. So whatever day you fly in or out, we will have a bus for you.

PLEASE NOTE: The information below does not apply to our Lyon Airport routes, which start on the 8th January 2022.

Fill in the form below and click the Send button. Take care to enter the correct details in case you have multiple bookings! If successful, you will land on our “Booking Cancelled” page and you will receive a cancellation email. We will then email you again if there is any refund due.

 

DELETE PEOPLE FROM MY BOOKING

 

Log Into Your Booking and expand the appropriate section to delete only certain passengers from your group. Our Finance Team will email you within 7 days if any refund is due. You can also change the names of any passenger for free, provided this new person is still travelling on exactly the same flights, in both directions. Otherwise, they will need to make a new booking.

 

 

 

CHANGE A RETURN > SINGLE (only cancelling one way)

We cannot change a Return Booking to a Single. Please cancel your booking using the form above (which will free up those seats on those buses) and then immediately re-book your Single via our website. Then immediately email ku.oc.subsneb@ecnanif quoting your old and new booking reference numbers to see if any refund is due.

If you upgraded to Ben’s Bus Plus, please do not upgrade your new booking. We will upgrade you once we receive your email. If you did not upgrade to Ben’s Bus Plus, the refund amount will depend on when you contact us.

 

 

 

REFUND TERMS FOR BEN’S BUS PLUS CUSTOMERS

 

Bens Bus PlusYour eTicket will tell you if you upgraded to Ben’s Bus Plus. If you did, you can cancel your booking and receive a 100% Refund on the cost of your transfer, provided we are told before 10pm, 4 days before your first transfer date. The cost of the upgrade is not refundable.

 

 

 

REFUND TERMS FOR NON-BEN’S BUS PLUS

 

Refund PolicyIf your eticket does not mention Ben’s Bus Plus, then you chose NOT to upgrade when you first booked with us. Our Conditions of Sale allow you to cancel your booking at a cost of £15pp, up to 3 weeks before your first transfer date. After that point, we may not be able to refund you anything.
